Eric was a pleasure to work with and was very quick and efficient at helping us with our refinance! We were able to have our rate go from 4.25 to 3.25% which is saving us over 300$ monthly and a significant amount over the life of the loan. She was extremely friendly and patient and explained what can be an overwhelming amount of information about unfamiliar processes with expertise and a delivery that was extremely clear and easy to follow.
