Was very easy to use It was a smooth, fast, easy process and they cut my interest rate in half.
Very smooth!. The process was quick and easy. The loan officer was very kind and even went back to check for other options when the first option wasn't quite right for me. Overall, I saved about 6% on my interest and the process could not have gone smoother.
Transparent, fast,great customer service Fully transparent in the fees charged by the lender, the loan officer was knowledgable and even reset my application when she saw my credit went up substantially between application approval and closing the refinance.

Received a much better interest rate!. Easy to apply, quick decision and turnaround time. Just be careful when they tell you that you'll get a refund from your gap insurance if you are refinancing. I contacted the dealership per the rate genius loan person and it was non refundable. Misinformation.
