Refinance The process was simple and Rate Genius did all of the work. I gained Gap Insurance (something I failed to secure with financing) with refinancing and lower my payments by a little more than a $100 and only added an additional 6 months in payments. Credit Karma has been an asset to have at my fingertips.

It was very easy and a smooth process.. Applied through Credit Karma. Rate Genius lowered my interest rate considerably on my car loan. The loan officer assigned to me was very thorough and helpful. He made the process go very smoothly.

Great rate, lender only receives checks My experience with rate genius was very easy and quick. My loan officer was very easy to communicate with. I got my rate cut in half by going through one of their lenders which is awesome! The only small issue I have is that the lender is a small community bank and I have to mail in checks every month and I can't pay online. Overall very happy!
The approval process what's quick and easy. Getting ahold of the loan officer was a bit difficult but only because I work nights. The review reminder emails were pretty annoying. Overall good experience.
