Excellent Service I recently refinanced my vehicle thru RateGenius with ease and great customer service! Once everything was approved by the lender, RateGenius emailed me the documents, I printed and signed them and had them in the mail that afternoon to be sent back to RateGenius. Both of the RateGenius representatives assigned to my loan were very helpful and knowledgable with the process, plus, they saved me $100 a month!

Application was very easy, getting ahold of loan officer was somewhat difficult, getting updates on my loan was somewhat difficult, but I'm still very happy that this company got my rate lowered a LOT
