My fiancé did more of the communicating with Ray than I did but when I did have questions or needed help with anything he was always very helpful and responded back quickly. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family! He did a fantastic job helping us accomplish this huge step in our lives and we are very grateful for all the hard work and dedication he put in for us. We couldn't thank him enough!

First I would like to say that Ray is a great guy to work with. When he states he is going to get something done he DOES it! My husband and I have met with several mortgage brokers promising us results but within the first few days we were pushed to the side with no help or direction on what to do. Was given Ray's name by a friend, and would highly recommend Ray for any financial transactions you may have. Ray is very thorough, and thoughtful. I had originally expected to refinance my mortgage loan, but Ray was able to offer additional options for me, eliminating my home equity loan, and still ending up with lower monthly payments. Ray is always available should you have questions, and kept me fully informed throughout the process.

I worked with Ray to purchase my first home. He was extremely honest and worked with me for a very long time to ensure I was ready to be pre-qualified and eventually a new home owner. He was very knowledgeable on dealing with IRS issues, divorce issues and worked with me on my low credit score to get us to the finish line. He was always available and responded very quickly. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Ray was great to work with. This was my first time buying a house. He took time to explain my options, pros and cons. He kept me completely in the loop in each step of the process. I would refer him as a lender and I would not mind working with him in the future.

Ray was very helpful not only with our mortgage, but also with the entire home buying process. He worked very closely with our realtor and seller to make sure the process moved along well. He over-communicates (a very good thing) and is clear about all steps in the process. He also secured an excellent rate and hit our closing date. Highly recommended.
