Ray was INCREDIBLE! We were first-time home buyers and Ray practically held our hand through the entire process, which is so necessary for first-time buyers because the process can be complicated and scary (ours was a short sale). Ray was up front and honest about everything and we had no surprises along the way. He often called to take care of important business after hours and on weekends to ensure that we had a timely closing (we easily closed in less than 30 days). Highly recommend. Ray did a great job working with us . Normally you hear about people having one sort of problem or another when working to refinance ones home but , in our case he was working refinancing our home and working on our daughters 1st mortgage and we have to say he did a fantastic job. Ray was eager to answer all of my questions, even if we had to go over information more than once. I never had an issue getting in touch with him. Even if it was after "normal business hours", he always got back to me in the timliest of manners. He is a brilliant man and I would definitely do business with him again! He is an absolute pleasure to work with!
