We can't say enough about Mr. Waisler. He was very informative and followed through on everything we asked of him. These days communication is very important and Mr. Waisler made sure we were kept up to date throughout the whole process. He was great and we are truly grateful.

Ray Waisler was just the right person I needed to handle the purchase of my new home. I was renting the property when my lease wasn’t renewed because the owner was selling. Ray went into action and qualified me in less than 24 hours allowing me to make my first offer within a day. I was able to close on the property in a 3 week period with no issues. Ray went above and beyond his role to make sure all aspects of the closing went smoothly. While the seller's agent and the buyers' agent had difficulties communicating, Ray stepped in as a mediator to solidify the closing process.

Mr. Ray knows magic. He is very honest person. He is knowledgeable in home landing. I am very much impressed with his work . I am first time home buyer. I applied loan from a big bank I was approved with them. In the last moment they declined me loan. When I talked to mr.
