The assistant today was fine, but the previous assistants I've had have been quite idiotic. Maybe they were still early in their dental school training, but one of them didn't know what or how to do a full mouth X-ray. Additionally, a second tried to perform a second set of impressions even though I already had Invisalign in. Also, there needs to be better appointment management. Hygienist was quite rough. The cleaning was thorough but, she nicked my gums with �the hook� a couple times. Not sure my wife and daughters would like the service.
Who knew a visit to the dentist could be fun and easy? From being able to easily book an appointment online, get scheduled within a few days and then meeting and being treated by their awesome staff...the whole experience is 10/10. Dr. Iebba is wonderful, I would highly recommend her. I will definitely return for any future checkups!
Great dental practice. Friendly, competent, they explain charges up front. Dr. Iebba is particularly professional yet personable, making me feel relaxed and in good hands. I have felt well cared for during cleanings as well as other procedures. I highly recommend them!
I'm one of those people who has always hated going to the dentist-- in fact avoided it for too long recently (5+ years) until a postcard in the mail inspired me to try Iebba in Reading. THEY ARE GREAT!!!! I am a dentist convert! Everyone in the office is great - professional, friendly, helpful and importantly- not judgemental of a person who skipped going for so long.
