I have never been more disappointed in the handling of an issue that has been ongoing for years. My HOA, Real Manage located 9601 Amberglen Blvd. Suite 150, Austin, Texas XXXXX has allowed this issue to drag on for years. This company allows the HOA Board to approve violations for certain residents. This includes parking advertising commercial vehicles over night and waving of advertising flags. I was asked to move by someone at Real Manage since I was told the violations were not going to get solved anyways. This person is still working there even though I complained to her superior about the comment. First, I fail to understand how a business with 64% negative reviews can still maintain an A+ rating with the BBB. Wouldn't it make sense for the BBB to review this score view if the negative reviews? As for my review, it is a long story, but I will stay on point. Customer Service is virtually non existent. I have had dealings with other management companies in the area as well so I do know not all management companies in the area operate in the same way. Everything about this company is HORRIBLE! And with 2 of 2 reviews already posted, how they heck does BBB give them an A+ rating?? Gold Crown manages The Caravelle Resort in Myrtle Beach, where I own a condo..and they fail to recognize that us homeowners are their customer, not the other way around. They are non-responsive to requests, and are not forthcoming with information during services/repairs...even when asked. They just flat out refuse to provide any information. Not sure what went wrong or why, but by all appearances, RM abandoned us. Simple requests are ignored. Our property is in a shambles. Violations are rarely, seemingly never, enforced. And there have been far too many accounting errors including a lost payment that nearly led to an erroneous foreclosure and over-billings for RM services that were included under contract. Gold Crown management handles the Hickory Ridge Subdivision in Summerville SC. They are a sham of a company! The HOA fees rise, as do their fees while they do a very poor job of managing our neighborhood. They are quick to hand out fees but never a warning beforehand. As a new homeowner in the subdivision, we have not been informed of rights and responsibilities nor have I gotten notice about any board meetings till after they have taken place. Absolutely horrible HOA management service. They do not return calls and treat residents like garbage. I have been charged fees incorrectly and given notices for things that do not apply. For instance, I was told I had tires on my lawn which I absolutely do not! Read the Yelp reviews to geta clear picture of the incomptence of this management company. Do not buy a home under the management of RealManage unless you want to be harrased and spend your time disputing fees.
The worst "management company" we have ever had to deal with. Service is so bad that I question why do we pay this company if no service is ever provided. Its been 6 months since I submitted a request to have my phone number updated in the gate directory yet nothing has happened. Also, requests for service to community areas (i.e. painting front and back gates, pressure wash stone fencing, etc) have been submitted for months with no action.
