This company is the absolute worst to deal with. They are condescending and arrogant beyond belief. They actually take joy in denying homeowner applications and the response times are an absolute joke. Real Manage and board members are very difficult to get ahold of unless they need something from you. When requests are put in, it seems as though the priorities are not where it needs to be and are based on where you live. Our community fence on the west side of the community has been corroding away for years and is on the verge of falling to the ground if not onto somebody, There are weeds growing in our gardens that have not been tended to. Horrible HOA management company! Our community got rid of our previous management company and found one much worse!! SMB is the HOA manager and she is simply outrageous! She had an inspector who was not only issuing bogus violations such as grandfathered sheds previously approved but simply going over board on petty violations for slightly overgrown yards, trash pins left out a day late. Have a patio? want furniture on there with plants? NOPE you can't do that. Want to work on your car cause going to a mechanic is expensive? NOPE you can't do that. Want things fixed that they have to fix because it's on them to fix? NOPE WE WON'T DO ANYTHING. This Association is garbage, the management is garbage. Customer services reps are nice people, but their bosses are garbage.
It is the worst HOE I have had to dealt with. We moved in to the property in December 2020 and no one explained to us anything. It's been 6 months and we are still waiting for the association to provide us with guest passes and pool keys. We try calling, sending emails, going to the office and no one wants to help. It was a complete hassle to even get to know where the office was located and the people on the phone would refuse to give an address. This is an enormous, impersonal company whose methods of operation are cumbersome, convoluted, and totally inefficient. If you are able to make contact with a human being, you just get passed to the next person, around and around, as no one seems to know what to do when a problem arises, and they just answer you out of a general script that's supposed to pacify you. This company is terrible at HOA management. They give you no way to contact the community manager except email, which takes them days to reply to. Violations are issued with no confirmation or proof of the violation, they just take complaints at face value and issue violations. They lose payments all the time, and don't notify you until months later and many late fees charged. Everything that is posted below is correct, if you are buying into a condo or townhouse that uses this company run!!!!! They charge you to fill out a questionnaire for your mortgage!!!! Then as stated below they should get a Negative 4 star rating. My issues are the result of them not being able to approve the fixing of my garage door 5-6 years ago as the panels are discontinued, and now they are fining me for it 6 years later.
