This complaint is about the local office in Raleigh, NC. If you are looking into purchasing a home, make sure the neighborhood's HOA is not handled by this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our neighborhood is located in the Town of Garner, NC and we only have 48 homes. No pool or recreational areas. They only have to maintain 2 common areas, the entrance and the mailboxes. They do neither. We have the ugliest, tackiest, unappealing entrance. But our biggest issue has been the mailboxes area. This past summer with t... read more

They are ð?º Wolves in sheep's clothing! Working for nonprofit HOA organization's but truly are for profit underneath it all. Also the attorney's or Law Firm's they employ. Leff, Purvis and Payne is one of them. My bill went from $40.00 a month to $11 thousand dollars within 3 years from frivolous fines at $200.00 per violations and high attorney's fees! During the corona virus epidemic you would think they would help the homeowners, but instead they preyed upon and trying to put pressure on the homeowners and force them in... read more

This company "manages" my community, Brandon Pointe in Florida. Every - single - time I have a question, issue, or need assistance, it takes multiple emails and calls, ultimately ending in threatening emails to withhold my HOA dues, in order to get a response from them. I have never lived in a community - neither as a renter nor owner - with such poor management.

Their email system to contact customer care first is flawed. I feel bad for the customer care team as they're only the messenger to the property managers. Our interim manager Melissa ****admitted she doesn't have to make property inspections because she's a regional manager. She finally sent a crew out & they noted several violations including gas grills on patios. To date those gas grills still remain. Our new manager Karen Schroeder wont return emails regarding a neighbor who has approximately 8 tenants, an unauthorized do... read more

Literally would give zero stars. They have given us no form of communication except a general email and takes days to get back to you. You try and call the main contact number and it goes straight to voicemail. We have water and mold damage that was caused by the utility closet attached to our unit and it's been a month and the problem is still not resolved. It is like pulling teeth to get anything resolved with this HOA and we are getting nowhere with them. Terrible!

I don't understand why we even need a Management company, we pay management fees part of our assessments, however every request, question, complaint just gets sent around a loop - first we call the ACM office where they take our message and pass it onto the Building Manager. The building manager then contacts the Board president (who lives here on property). Once they talk, the building manager then tells her office staff to contact me back - which doesn't always happen, or I beat them to it and call again to follow up just ... read more

I cringe every time i have to deal with RealManage. This should be such a simple process, yet it's a chore every year it seems. Would absolutely not let your HOA use them!!! $14 service charge for collecting by CreditCard, ridiculous.

Vultures, they are ok with taking advantage of people during a global pandemic in which many people are out of work.

If I could give Real Manage zero stars, I would. They are the worst management company we have seen in the 6 years of living in our neighborhood. Our HOA president actively harasses community members and sets out to "make examples of them" in her words, and our community manager, Ryan ****** assists with this. We were told to not contact our HOA president and that all communication must go through Ryan. Ryan tells us that communication may not go through him. So who are we supposed to communicate with about our community? He... read more
