This company manages our community and does not take care of the common areas. The areas are in awful shape, yet my next door neighbor gets a fine for a leaf on the ground in their yard. This company needs to understand their place and priorities. I definitely would not recommend them to manage your area. Examples of poor care: -Pool has been closed for over the year -Gym is repaired with very poor quality -Paint is fading on the clubhouse -Street signs are fading -Sidewalks are unsafe due to so many tripping hazards -Lawn i... read more

They have failed to deliver me pool key to the public access common area I pay for for 18 months since moving in. (They told me I have to pay for it per our rules and regs/bylaws - we have no such policy or fee table). I had called and complained numerous times, including the first time directly in person to the property manager at a board meeting in which I was told it would be promptly taken care of. They then told me it was the responsibility of me to retrieve the key (which they considered and admitted to as HOA property... read more

Would give them a "0" if that was allowed. Poorly managed, appears their accounting processes are still using a pencil and general ledger journal. Can't keep up with their accounts receivable or their AP systems (If they even have a true electronic system) doesn't have the capability of validating. They bill BOGUS fees and the fees are minimal one-time fees and it's a headache trying to get a hold of anyone and months later, I give up and pay their BOGUS $20 late fee (I know my fault, but $20 at the time is not worth my 8-10... read more

This is an unscrupulous management company that does not deliver on their advertising commitments of transparency and commitment to communication among the board, homeowners and RealManage. I moved over ten years ago from a Caruso management property that became RealManage, and notified the association of my new address. I remain at the same address today, ten years later, and have not changed home addresses. RealManage stopped sending bills to my home of ten years, started an eviction for $257.50 (two assessments) without s... read more

RealManage took over as our HOA management company in December of 2018. The service has been terrible. First, we didn't know about the change because we never received a notice or so much as a welcome letter. It turns out they were sending our mail to our previous address before we bought this property. We haven't stayed at that address for 3 years. Randomly, we received our first notice to our current property address in July of 2019, a whole 8 months later! The notice was a violation that we needed to paint the exterior of... read more

They have a poor system for tracking and documenting violations and this is the information HOAs rely on to access and assign fines and fees. I have a giant email thread, from several days regarding the issues to which no resolution was met, other than I pay a $50.00 fine. Absolutely absurd. I hope that homeowners in neighborhoods that choose RealManage use extreme caution and keep complete and accurate records of all correspondence, notices, etc., from RealManage when it comes to notices and violations.

They are slow to communicate back. Three calls to get a response. They offered no solution to the problem. They are good at pointing fingers but supply no solutions. It makes you wonder what are we paying for.

I have been trying for almost 6 months to get a refund of overpaid HOA does. I have gotten a whole bunch of mis-information and a whole lot of promises and a whole lot of nothing. Crystal **** is the last employee that has made empty promises. Going to small claims court.

Real Manage is the HOA for the Las Colinas Estates in Elgin, Texas. They were hired to enforce the Deed Restrictions to ensure a quality, peaceful community. The Las Colinas Subdivision residents play loud obnoxious music every weekend. Their houses are on ½ acre to 1 acre lots. Several of them will get together and have parties with live bands. In addition to our home, we own an RV Park right behind this subdivision. Our tenants complain and call 911 frequently. We have lost a tenant because of the loud music. This is affec... read more
