The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Trying to get a pool key took over two months of dealing with rude individuals who could care less about my issue. I do not have enough characters to go into the whole ordeal. Do yourself a favor and ask who the representative for your specific HOA is from the get-go. I made the mistake of thinking they were the rep. for my HOA and, after two months of calling, finally found out that they are merely a call center so to speak.

My van was towed from ******** Club House Parking Lot 3/16/22 cause the signs for 'No Overnight Parking' were NOT visible at ENTRANCE of lot. My building, ******** ** was being painted & I got a letter from the painting co. to move our cars. I was told not to park at another building as vehicles were towed from them. RealManage is beyond awful. We purchased a Condo in FL & RM, among several other mistakes they made, told us we MUST pay for the Estoppel Certificate $299, print it & drop it off w/ our application. We knew we did not need it for the application or closing as we purchased at this development before. We emailed and asked Francesca twice if it is a 'MUST' and she answered back via email, "yes, it is a MUST". Turns out we did NOT need this document (over 100 pgs). How is this company rated at AAA when the average customer review is 1.52? This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with and the fact that they continue to drain my bank account while providing me nothing in return is completely unacceptable.

The company never resolves the overcharging of fees for using a credit card for online payment of association dues. In fact we the customer have been charged a late fee for making on-time and prepayment for the unit we live in. Furthermore, when asked to refund the money they have refused. Also, the Realmanage Company has failed to activate unregistered parking laws in the month of January, and then February, and issued a third statement stating that towing of unauthorized vehicles would commence on the 1st of April. They discriminate against people with disabilities. I have a service animal and they send me violations that going against the law. They have all my documents they need. I have all my bases covered. They issued a violation because someone said she looked too big (30lb weight limit) yet there's two pit bulls that live under me, and another huge male pit Bull and a Husky on the property as well. HORRIBLE COMPANY! I am selling my residence and our buyer's lender has been waiting for the paperwork for this company for a month. Every time I speak to someone, they tell me it will be done by the end of the day. Well, the end of the day comes and goes and the paperwork is still not done. Now we have had to delay our closing multiple times and pay extra money due to this situation. We have reported water damage to our unit at ********************** La since July of 2021. We were timely in reported this water damage due to the load bearing outside wall leaking. This is not an insurance claim, but a structure related issue that causing the damage to the inside of the unit. RealManage property management company is managed by very unprofessional and rude individuals. It took this company, Realmanage, almost 3 years to resolve speed limit issues within the community and between 2 - 3 years to resolve/enforce their own rules to finally stop illegal parking within the community.
