Not too thrilled by ma last experience. Wanted a medication which would tranquilizer my dog for long trip. The doctor gave me Gabapentin liquid which absolutely did not work (It's mostly a pain med). On the contrary, my dog went into a frenzy for about 2 hours. I originally asked for pills Acepromazine which my dog had in the past and worked but could not obtain them through the front desk lady. Extraordinary! I am a part time resident and work in the veterinary industry. I know how busy animal clinics are now and even more so right before the holidays. I am so appreciative that they squeezed my dog in for a laceration repair after she got caught up in some barbed wire. The communication could not have been better. I have recommended the clinic to many in our community in Ivins over the years and they have earned every one. Thank you so much.
Wished I would have known about about this place when my furry friend died a few months ago. I took my new puppy here and they were so great! So helpful and kind and thorough!
I have had my pets at several vets in this town. This animal hospital is hands-down the best. The veterinarians are so caring, knowledgeable and go the EXTRA MILE every time. The office staff is highly efficient and greets me with a smile. I will never take my pets anywhere else
Staff and doctors we're very caring and compassionate. The doctor knew exactly what was the problem before the tests confirmed it. They have a special grief room that was so comforting in our time of loss. Highly recommended no matter if you have a healthy pet or not!
We've been in St. George about a year and didn't think we'd find a vet as good as the great one we left in San Diego. Our search ended with Red Hills Animal Hospital and Dr. Hannig. We like the facility, it has state-of-the-art equipment, staff is nice, and we have found the prices to be reasonable (contrary to one review). Our cat had dental work, and while they could have pulled some teeth (to rack up the bill), they didn't as the teeth were healthy. We have found our new vet.
I have two small dogs that are my babies. Dr esplin is so wonderful with them. The staff is excellent and the facilities are always clean Dr Esplin is definitely the best vet we have ever had.
So much more than a veterinary clinic. I moved to St George area about 18 months ago. I have a maltipoo, Cuddles, that was 10 and had been diagnosed with collapsing trachea and enlarged heart. I took him to one local vet but did not feel comfortable enough for him to treat my fur baby. This vet hospital is super clean and friendly. The staff is very welcoming and the few doctors that I met have done an excellent and through exam on my pets. I'm a vet tech myself and therefore picky on the hospitals I choose. I highly recommend this facility.
