I actually debated suing this place. My kitten was very sick and this place felt like it gave the minimal care possible. They did an x-ray and said that there were little rock-like things in his colon. Prescribed a medication for him to take until gone. Worked for like 2 days then my kitten was practically sicker than ever. I called them to ask for some advice like I was told to do, and they said to monitor him for the weekend (this was a Thursday) and to call back Tuesday (the following Monday was labor day). They were nice on the phone but if you pay with cash dont bother making an appt as they will discriminate against you. As they have a rule all appts must be held with a credit or debit card, which is the oddest thing ever especially for people who pay for everything in cash. Discrimination abounds here. Be aware.
well I had my dog in there for a spay they kept adding stuff and the bill kept piling up and when I asked to see the doctor why or what was this he was very unhelpful and rude and to me very uncaring I talked to a friend of mine about this and I highly discommended them she said they have to use them is the only reason doctor is great for emergencies but very rude at times anyway when i asked about the meds and all that he just said I don't have time for this very uncaring will not return to this vet nor will I recommend th... read more
Update: The veterinarian did call me back and was nice but his staff was rude AF and I stand by that.
