I know so many people that have struggled with pool leaks, myself included for the past 4 years. I've been working with Ryan Shields, branch manager in Jacksonville FL for the past week. He and his team always shown up when he promised, successfully diagnosed my issue almost immediately and completed the repair. He had to cut out brand new marcite and did a great job replacing it. I couldn't be more pleased with the result - no more leaks from my spa. The Red Rhino team is great example of professionalism and a company that delivers great customer service. Red Rhino was my second quote after the initial quote was pretty costly and prohibitive so we lived with the leak for about 1.5 years. Last month after contacting Red Rhino who was recommended by our local Pinch-a-Penny I paid for the leak inspection. For a couple of years we have had a leak in our pool. Could not find it even though I have spent many hours in the pool doing the dye test.. Red Rhino came over, found the leak, although it took some time to find so I don't feel bad. They sealed it up and provided an estimate for future work if I decide to go that way. Overall, very please with Red Rhino. Thank you Keith for being polite, professional and determined to help. Much appreciated and would use Red Rhino again and will also recommend to friends.
