RecommendedStaff was very efficient and communication was so far above the average home contractor. The leak detection team lead by Austin and the repair team lead by Shawn were both a pleasure to work with. Both very personable and hard working. Repair came complete with photographic documentation and detailed explanation of the problem & solution.
The technicians were very thorough and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and the pool is running perfectly.

The Red Rhino team did an exceptional job finding and repairing a skimmer leak in our pool. Tyler tested all the possible places a leak could occur and even did some minor preventive maintenance on some cracked tile grout lines. Mike came the next morning and spent over 16 hours over two days on the repairs in order to leave our pool deck and tiles looking as good as before they started, including hand-sculpting the deck finish to look like the rest of the deck texture. a great job done for me by Red Rhino finding and fixing my pool leaks. the repairs were done by 2 different men on separate days. Both men were all about their work and getting the job done and doing it the correct way. Everything about this company is outstanding. I will never use anyone else
