RecommendedA few weeks ago, I came home from a weekend away to find my pool drained bone dry. I called a competitor Leak Detection company, who I later learned did not repair leaks, they only detected them. My pool service company, Pelican Pools, recommended Red Rhino to fix the leak (they do both detection and repair!) and I can't say enough about the excellent care and resolution Red Rhino gave me, and how they went way above and beyond their duty in terms of customer service. I know so many people that have struggled with pool leaks, myself included for the past 4 years. I've been working with Ryan Shields, branch manager in Jacksonville FL for the past week. He and his team always shown up when he promised, successfully diagnosed my issue almost immediately and completed the repair. He had to cut out brand new marcite and did a great job replacing it.
