RecommendedRed Rhino's professional, polite and passionate techs recently performed a leak detection and subsequent repairs on my leaky pool. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience including the repairs. Danny and especially Brian Marchi found the leaks and had them repaired stopping the leaks. Red Rhino fixed my brand new pool that has been leaking through the structure since the day of install that the pool builder would not fix. It had been patched by the builder 7x and only a failed band aid. RR did a great job and the leak seemed repaired and the tech was great. your company sucks. left my customers pool empty after repairs. should have set up an auto fill system .
Red Rhino did work on my mom’s pool, replacing tiles and fixing leaks. While the leaks are fixed all the old tiles were left at the bottom of the pool. My mom is in her 80’s and this is what they left for her to clean! I have multiple picture attached here, and it’s almost 25lbs of tiles, rock and sand that is now being cleaned, after they filled the pool with Ayer to check for leaks
Originally a 5-star review, I've had to lower it. They came and did the leak detection, and the tech (Brandon?) and the follow-through and follow-up by the tech was GREAT. The report and notes were GREAT. What wasn't so great and offset all of the other positive is that I didn't have the money or a plan put together to do the work at the time. My technician came very professional, did a thorough job, but when he left all my pull valves were in the wrong position plus the actuators for spa and pool were turned off which caused a call to my pool tech which cost money to fix this problem I would not recommend red rhino
I was told Red Rhino was the best in the business. I've been trying to get my pool to stop leaking since June when I payed for the original leak detection. Now I'm being told that I will have to pay more money for another leak detection service call because the 60 day warrantee ran out. The leak was never properly identified or repaired the first time. I'm disappointed that this was the answer I was given.
