Originally a 5-star review, I've had to lower it. They came and did the leak detection, and the tech (Brandon?) and the follow-through and follow-up by the tech was GREAT. The report and notes were GREAT. What wasn't so great and offset all of the other positive is that I didn't have the money or a plan put together to do the work at the time. My technician came very professional, did a thorough job, but when he left all my pull valves were in the wrong position plus the actuators for spa and pool were turned off which caused a call to my pool tech which cost money to fix this problem I would not recommend red rhino

I was told Red Rhino was the best in the business. I've been trying to get my pool to stop leaking since June when I payed for the original leak detection. Now I'm being told that I will have to pay more money for another leak detection service call because the 60 day warrantee ran out. The leak was never properly identified or repaired the first time. I'm disappointed that this was the answer I was given.

Absolutely the worse company when it comes to repairing your pool. No one speaks English and rude
I was told my $300 they would fix my Pool Leak if not in Plumbing was not in Plumbing had to argue with the representative he called boss said it was OK he worked on it but the pool is still leaking I spent $300 so far for nothing

Very unprofessional!!!!! Broke my equipment and promised to fix it and never did. Had to replace valves and it cost a lot more than they coming to fix leak. Never got a hold of them to pay me back after promising to do so, and the people working there are very rude.

After waiting over two weeks for an appointment and confirming appointment the day before the technician did not show up!!! When I called to find out where they were they claimed they went to my front gate and we’re not allowed in that the gate —(I checked with the gate and this is not true ) — they then claim they called me and I said no!
