Thorough inspection, clear explanation of findings, problem remedied following week in short amount of time, old broken items removed and work areas were cleaned; patched deck pavement looks great and well-matched. I would highly recommend Red Rhino of Jacksonville for any pool leak repairs! Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. He found the main leak but did a thorough inspection of all of the pipes. The repair technician, Nate, was on time and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do in order to fix the leak. He did a great job! Shane was outstanding in every way. He arrived on time and gave me a 30 min heads up that he was on his way. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take to do it. He explained everything afterwards and told me what to expect. He was professional and courteous. Would highly recommend!

We have a swimming pool that is 32 years old. We have had a leak for a while to where I was adding water every couple days if it did not rain. The leak was found at the same area that was plugged years ago by another company because of a different problem. Even though the leak was found, Chris continue to check every outlet and underground pipes and drains. Three other outlets were about to have a problem too and Chris recommended repairs to those too.
