RecommendedSo professional right from the first phone call. Sent a email day before for a reminder. Very friendly staff they know exactly what to do . Explained just what he was doing when issues was diagnosed he called home base and a supervisor came out and assisted. This is the 3rd time in 5 years I have owned my home to use Red Rhino would use them again hopefully my old pool will be good to me until I can redo it.

I highly recommend this company. Very professional. I have used other pool leak companies and by far they are the best. Not as expensive as other companies, who do half of the job they did. Greg explained everything he was doing. He was so friendly. Do not use anyone else.

Professionalism at its Finest Jorge, the leak inspector was great, polite, and very informative. Matt, the leak repairman, was awesome, polite, and knew his job very well. Yes they are a little more expensive then other companies, but remember, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Red Rhino.

They showed up the days they said they would and early! I find that to be half the battle with getting repairs done of any kind on the house and pool. Their report was complete and detailed and helped pin point several issues with my pool. I highly recommend this company!

Everything about this company is great! Called to report a problem, next day service. Thorough inspection, clear explanation of findings, problem remedied following week in short amount of time, old broken items removed and work areas were cleaned; patched deck pavement looks great and well-matched.
