They called to offer me an earlier appointment! YAY! They called prior to arrival and arrived right on time. YAY! Professional, thorough, and educated me on the entire process. Love how they take pictures of everything and upload it so I can pull the info directly from my phone. I booked my follow up on the spot I was so impressed. Go Red Rhino!!!

I was very nervous about having a new company diagnose a pool issue as we have been burnt before. They came out to diagnose a pool leak and Trevor was great ! He was very informative and thorough. I hope the crew that fixes what he found is as good. In which case I can recommend them fully. So far A plus for the diagnosis.
So far we’ve had a very positive experience with Red Rhino. Jason called before arriving and was very personable and professional. He was thorough and efficient while doing the diagnostics. We look forward to having our pool repair done on a second visit.

A very good assessment of the possible locations of leaks to our pool. The Red Rhino employee Tyler provided a good overview. We have subsequently set up an appointment for the fix. I will provide further comments once the job is finished.
