Austin was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Unfortunately, when he found the leak it was a cracked fitting in the floor drain. Not a cheap fix but needs to be done. We were losing 2” of water each day and there’s no way to keep the chemicals stable when you have to add that much water all the time.
