Today, I am back at Redlands Healthcare Center, and I must take the time to give a huge Shout Out to the Nurse's , (CNA,LVN,RN, Director of Nursing), Social Worker, Physical Therapist, etc.. The kind receptionists that are the first point of contact when you first walk in. The patient care is, "Legendary!" I recovered at Redlands Healthcare skilled nursing facility, after an accident that crippled both legs due two large-bone fractures, needing rods and pins, and an ankle dislocation that needed a plate implant. The other leg, a knee needed reconstruction. I could barely put weight a little on one leg when I got there. The Physical Therapy section of the care was excellent. This is an easy 5 star review for the rehabilitation (physical and occupational therapy) team. I was diagnosed 2.5 years ago with a neurological autoimmune disease and I basically lost all function of my body. This team prepared me getting strong going into 2 surgeries and within 2 weeks after weight bearing clearance they had me take my first steps in 2.5 years. During my mom stay at Redlands Healthcare, nursing assistant Joanne Paguyo provided exceptional care; she was incredibly kind and patient, thoroughly answering all my questions and taking her time to ensure I was completely clean and comfortable, always checking on my well-being before leaving the room, making me feel truly cared for and in good hands.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Redlands Health care facility rehab for taking such great care of my husband. The place was very nice and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable knowing my husband was staying in their rehabilitation facility. They made sure my husband was well-groomed every day, and I was especially impressed with how alert they were in monitoring his health. Between 5.30.2024 & 7.13.2024 the entire Staff at Redlands Healthcare Center served my 20 year long friend, (USAF Viet Nam Veteran, who just weeks earlier was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer) with Excellent Professional, Compassionate Medical Care. Together, the entire Staff rendered the same level of Medical Services to all of their patients I saw. RHCC is a House Full of God's Loving Angels; and when I eventually arrive at my own 11th hour of life, RHCC is where I want to be. May God continue to Bless All who work at RHCC ... read more

The quality of care and experience in nursing, OT and PT were invaluable for my dad while recovering from a serious fall. As well, the kindness, camaraderie and sense of family that surrounded him was were amazing and reassuring. We are very fortunate to have this organization in Redlands.

The care was good with physical therapy and work out everyday. They were kind and caring and did call me if it was in need to inform me on the patient . The patient did great at this place . Thank you
