This is an easy 5 star review for the rehabilitation (physical and occupational therapy) team. I was diagnosed 2.5 years ago with a neurological autoimmune disease and I basically lost all function of my body. This team prepared me getting strong going into 2 surgeries and within 2 weeks after weight bearing clearance they had me take my first steps in 2.5 years. During my mom stay at Redlands Healthcare, nursing assistant Joanne Paguyo provided exceptional care; she was incredibly kind and patient, thoroughly answering all my questions and taking her time to ensure I was completely clean and comfortable, always checking on my well-being before leaving the room, making me feel truly cared for and in good hands.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Redlands Health care facility rehab for taking such great care of my husband. The place was very nice and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable knowing my husband was staying in their rehabilitation facility. They made sure my husband was well-groomed every day, and I was especially impressed with how alert they were in monitoring his health. Between 5.30.2024 & 7.13.2024 the entire Staff at Redlands Healthcare Center served my 20 year long friend, (USAF Viet Nam Veteran, who just weeks earlier was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer) with Excellent Professional, Compassionate Medical Care. Together, the entire Staff rendered the same level of Medical Services to all of their patients I saw. The quality of care and experience in nursing, OT and PT were invaluable for my dad while recovering from a serious fall. As well, the kindness, camaraderie and sense of family that surrounded him was were amazing and reassuring. We are very fortunate to have this organization in Redlands.

My mom went into RHC after my father ended up in the hospital. She was in there for about 6 weeks before my father joined her. My mom was very happy as was I with the care. Together my mom and dad were there for a month (my mom two months). Marissa was amazing from day one as I scrambled to find a safe, clean and nurturing environment for my mom. Furthermore, Marissa made it possible for my mom and dad to be together in the same room. RHC was exactly the right place for my parents. The staff is professional and caring.... read more

This facility is the best in the area. My mom has stayed in several facilities in the area and she loves it here. The staff is very nice to my mom and family when they visit. She said the food options are healthy and very good. I definitely recommend this facility.
