My husband has been a patient here since November. This is the 4 th Facility that he has been in since his stroke over a year 1/2 ago and I must say that this is the best facility he has been in. Problems with patients and staff get resolved quickly! The place is very clean, everyone who has tended to my husband has been caring and helpful. This place is the best of the best! I usually don't leave reviews on yelp but I felt out of all the places I've visited the past three years that this place certainly deserves my review. I've been two there a few times as well as a place in Highland. Staff are always nice to me. I appreciate all that they do. The manager there has been there for a long time and you can tell that things are run smoothly. Hospital food is not very good. This hospital food is really good. My wife is being nursed here. They strive on helping there patients and helping families have a better understanding about the care they need. Always smiling and ready to assist you.

This is not a skilled nursing facility this is a business. What I witnessed here not just for my loved one's care but her roommate as well . Disgusting. Me and my family were constantly visiting and what we observed. Disgusting

my husband was dischargedin this facility after his open heart surgery in early of August 2024, my husband was asking for his pain medication for almost 45minutes, until he passed out of pain and unable to recognize me as his wife, however the LVN is talking to her co worker at the same time she is chewing gums, doesn't care about the patient who are in pain, finally , lam asking for 911 instead they stupid call the regular transportation, it's been 30 minutes patient was waiting,so instead, I asked the RN why 911, take so ... read more

I recently had a stroke which affected my balance and walking abilities. Redlands Healthcare Center really helped at a time when I needed it most. Their attentive staff and physical therapy helped me get back on my feet. I am grateful for all their good work. Thanks!

My friend was staying here and I've never seen such horrific things. I witnessed multiple residents be completely dismissed. There is constantly residents yelling for help and asking for their nurses and no one ever helps them?!?! Their call lights will be on for hours without anyone visiting them. There's nurses just sitting in patients rooms on their cellphones doing nothing or they will all sit by the station chatting while there's are patients needing their assistance! If you want your loved one to come out of here alive, plan to sleep near the bed and keep a diary of everything! We were barely getting mom settled when they suspected our brother of running off with a car that was not his... Same night (3 days after total hip replacement) they ignored her call button, and she was forced to get herself to the bathroom. They never found out. Do not use this place. I m reporting this facility to the state! Doctors come around infrequently. Nurses are overwhelmed. Facilities are dirty and old. Security non-existent. Physical therapy is a joke. Patient care is lowest priority. Admin staff are arrogant and lazy - especially executive director and social worker Jesse. Do not use this facility!!!
