Do not send your loved ones here. BEWARE! They will sit in a bed with no therapy as promised. There is a disconnect between the Doctors and Staff. No one ever came to help my mother to the restroom after she suffered a massive stroke and couldn't walk herself to the restroom. She was hungry and they wouldn't come hours later with food. No one responds to the "button." Staff berates patients. Read the reviews. All the bad ones are true. I am going to have this place evaluated by the state. Sad how they treat elderly... read more

Worst place ever I deserves no stars Please do not leave your loved ones in this place. My mother was sent here after her heart TVR for rehab. She is 88 years old went into this procedure fully minded and independant with excellent communication skills. Her family members visited often and made sure she was getting the care. On this one particular morning I did not make my usual visit until late morning (11:50am) My mom was still laying flat on her back with her breakfast untouched. The worst place ever, please don't even send a loved one or ANYONE here. I was a student doing my clinicals here and it was the absolute worst place ever. The management here sucks so bad and they all have favorites and clicks. They do not care about the patients and are only there for an easy paycheck. They do so many things that are completely out of scope for CNAs it's insane. They don't take care of patients the way they should, they are so mean to patients it's disgusting. zero stars. ** grade f - ** redlands healthcare center is the worst place to send a loved one, --- do not do it !!! zero communication. zero compassion. they sent my mom home with a painful rash on her butt cuz they neglected her. too many things to write it all, just heed my advice - any other place is better than redlands healthcare center. any. fail !! fail !! fail !! all categories = f

WARNING: stay away. This facility is doing a terrible job managing for COVID exposures. If their own website is telling the truth (which I doubt), 57 patients have tested positive - they have 78 beds, so that would be 73% (!!????!!!). My father was a resident there - he contracted COVID and they didn't even tell us that he was sick! We learned the news from the emergency department of the hospital when they transferred him there (and they also did not notify us that they were transferring him out). It's inhumane. BEWARE THIS IS NOT A COVID FREE FACILITY!!!!!!!! They claim that their facility is Covid free, my father was there for two weeks, tested negative before going in, tested positive for Covid and died three days later. They lied to me over the phone about his condition and covered up his failing health. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

i have been trying to contact my father who is in your care. i was put on hold three times for more then 20 minutes. i called back several times to talk to a supervisor only to be put on hold again for 20 minutes. finally i gave up. there is no excues for this level of service. i live out of state so i cannot visit him. your treatment of me was unacceptable. you should be ashamed of your staff, particularly jackie and jonathan.

This is one of the worst places ever to take a Veteran to for care. They do not care. My husband was unable to breathe for nearly 14 days and when I told the nurse he needs to go the E.R. all he said was, ''don't worry I know what I am doing and I am watching to make sure he doesn't turn blue." The situation became critical then the admin took it upon herself to call for an ambulance and then proceeded to tell them it was a self-pay!
