I would like to take a moment to say thank you to RFCU. Today, I was forced to open an account with a CU in FL (sadly because there isn't a RFCU in FL that I know of). When I walked into the CU here, no one greeted me, no one informed me there was a book I needed to sign in on, and as people were plucked from the waiting area, the CU employees seemed cold and uninterested in their customers.
