First off, I only have a savings and checking account with RFCU. I do no other business with them so I cannot review anything else. First off, for those whining about the time it takes to get a replacement card, well what do you expect? They have to make the dang card for you with your information on it and attach the new number to your account. Then it has to be mailed. RFCU is now officially taking advantage of low income people, veterans and active duty military by entering the "Payday Loan" market under the guise of "Taking steps to END predatory lending". Getting a small personal loan there sucks, we applied for a small personal loan and we were denied, we have a 660 and a 670 credit score, and a excellent pay history, it only takes a 640 to buy a house.. we applied to an outside financial institution and were approved instantly with less problems. If the bank you are a member of want assit you why are you at this bank . We are considering moving our accounts to the agency that did appreciate our business

Redstone made a huge error in reporting my wife and I to the credit bureaus for a late payment (that never was late) Cost us a lot of time and headache getting it resolved. Never once did anyone apologize for their mistake.. There are much better places to do your banking!
THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS. Our car hasn't worked in months the warranty we had through the company said they could fix it so we took it to a place that wanted three thousand dollars and Redstone said they needed 8 oil change receipts and because we only had 4 because the company we used closed down and we don't have the rest but also again we didn't change it ) the car has been non drivable for 7 MONTHS. They will not work with us whatsoever never EVER use them
This credit union refuses to give me my SSI Check. I don't get much but it's mine, not their money. I am disabled and they stoled from me and it is Christmas. I have no money to buy to buy food and drinks with. I can't buy no presents. Can't pay my bills so now I will be homeless. Thanks a lot Redstone Credit Union. BahHumBug!!! I do not recommend getting a mortgage through Redstone. I've been a customer with Redstone since 1995 with an existing mortgage, credit card, banking accounts, etc. However, when purchasing a second house with my fiancee, the customer service was so exceptionally poor that I ended up terminating the application and going with Regions. We closed on the brand new mortgage in 19 days.
