Due to unforeseen circumstances, my daughter and I were late to our appointment. Beth and Sam still allowed us to keep our appointments, which I'm sure effected how much time they would have for lunch, we appreciated this so much. I always feel the hygienist and Dr Kacy truly care about my family and will go the "extra mile" for us.
First time cleaning with Jen. Have scheduled a 6 month app't. Found her to be very pleasant person and proficient at her job.
