Very professional but at the same time felt like we were close friends or family she's very welcoming!

I feel safe.... (Verified Renter) I feel safe. Whenever the gate has been broken, it has been repaired in a timely manner. All the leasing office personnel is very sweet, honest, respectful, and kind. Everyone has a positive attitude, making me feel welcomed to ask questions.

It is disturbing... (Verified Renter) It is disturbing that the residence leave trash in the parking lot and around the property. Total lack of respect for other residence. Some unnecessary noise on occasion. The exercise room needs to be cleaned, at least the floor vacuumed more than once per week. Equipment is generally in good shape except for the TV's. They are hard to adjust to medium volume. Either too loud or nowsound.
