NEIGHBORS AND MANAGEMENT STINK I love my physical apartment, but this place SUCKS! The neighbors are SO RUDE! The pool closes at 9pm and I am currently listening to blasting music on a Tuesday night. There is glass all over the community, and when I emailed management about it, they said nothing, and it’s still left everywhere. Kids “hang out” at the gym and little kids play on the equipment. Everyone here is very rude and management doesn’t care how disrespectful the people are.

The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is way too high for what they offer. There is issue with outdoor hygiene when pet owners don?t clean and there is poop everywhere on the grass. Roaches coming in the apartment from everywhere especially from the balcony downstairs, pest control failed to keep the roaches out of my apartment. There ia not sufficient water pressure at the car wash station due to which I can?t clean my car properly and I have to spend hours at the wash station to clean my car up.
Not safe and staff is horrible!! Horrible experience. I regret that i just resigned another 13 month lease and i am in the process of breaking my lease. The office management Erin wont cancel my lease even tho i have informed them i dont feel safe. There were 15 cars broken into. They claim theres security footage but i dont believe it until i see it. The gates are always left open. There is trash piling up!!! They wont do anything about the recent car vandalism and break ins and say its our fault!!! I dont feel safe here an... read more

When I first... (Verified Renter) When I first viewed the apartment I wad shown one with black appliances and a beautiful kitchen notion was I told this is not the updates in every kitchen. Also the bathroom was nicer. In my kitchen there's paint on the stove and I can't even read the settings on the stove the fridge has numerous dents and the bathroom sink counter is pealing
