It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a very nice community. I dont really care for the lack of parking. And rent is a bit on the higher end plus the whole car break in thing but honestly i cant imagine choosing any place else on that street.

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff is always amazing and very professional. They easily are the best part of this community. Where it goes wrong is the maintenance staff. With the exception of one, they are not personable at all. When you're going into someone's personal space, that's very important. What's worse, they rarely fix the problem, and in some cases have made it worse. There just seems to be a lazy get in get out menatality without properly fixing the problem.
The location, look... (Verified Renter) The location, look and the staff is why I would recommend that people live here. They are always so friendly.
Overpriced for what... (Verified Renter) Overpriced for what was offered. Valet trash was way too expensive, renewal lease agreement per month was a lot more expensive for a dated apartment.
The staff overall... (Verified Renter) The staff overall is very friendly and helpful which is why I would recommend the property to others looking for a place to stay.
