The kindness of the staff, from the front desk, through all the MAs, to the physician :)
It was easy and quick. It was perfect for what I needed, which was to discuss a concern. There was no need to go into the office. It was easy to set up also. The only reason I'm not giving a 10, is my appointment started late and I wasn't notified.
I was very relieved to be able to talk to a doctor digitally, and the technology worked without issue. Dr. Sedghi was calm, empathetic, and helpful - I would love to meet her in person some day!
