I love my doctor, Dr. Abraham BUT On the other hand, your office is one of the worst managed possible. No one answers your phones. I had to walk over twice to make contact and make an appointment. A nurse who called back 10 days after I asked for a prescription renewal, said she would call it in to CVS. I went to CVS a day later. They had not received a renewal call. I am seriously considering taking my old body elsewhere
Ease of visit, friendliness of staff, the fact that you actually take insurance... AND that Dr Reiter is finally gone.
I like the doctors but trying to get an appointment is horrendous. I was on hold for 48 minutes to make my last appointment. It’s ridiculous.
Waiting times for appointments can vary from 1 minute to 1 hour and while I know it’s often not a doctor’s fault, it would be nice to receive updates on delayed appointments.

Would be a 10 If the patients were given a print out or summary of their visit with vitals last labs and plan of care.
They do what they are supposed to do with no hassle. They've gotten me through 2 healthy pregnancies, 2 healthy kids, annual exams.
I wanted a script so that I could get lab work done. I never got that script and when I called to inquire, I was placed on perpetual hold.
