The visit went well, but lost video feed at some point.
The outstanding warmth & professionalism & support of Dr Johnson. She also was very patient when I accidentally disconnected our connection for 15-20 seconds when I tried to turn off an alarm on my phone.

Dr. McKrisky is terrific. She is not only competent, but also attentive, considerate, and kind.
Waited an hour in the waiting room. No one bothered to explain that the doctor was running late. I’ve been a patient of the office for 12 plus years. Nothing has been the same since Dr Johnson left. Horrible experience

Dr Muangman was very professional and approachable, the office was extremely disorganized, we were there for almost THREE hours!
I came in for an ultrasound and discussion with my doctor. After the ultrasound I was sent back out to the waiting room for 45 min while I waited to talk to my doctor. I was sent in to sit in the examination rooom for another 20 min to wait for her to join me. She recommended I make an other appointment in 3 months after which I was told by reception their books don't go out that far. I really like my doctor but it's been an incredibly frustrating experience going to this practice from Day 1.
I am pregnant with my first kid, and Reiter Hill and Johnson’s doctors are incredibly inconsistent. Some of them are very knowledgeable, but about half that I have seen (Dr. O most recently) do not provide the level of care necessary. I was told “I’m not sure” to several of my questions at my most recent appointment, and she made no effort to try to find out the answer. I was also told incorrect information three times, which resulted in additional appointments and subpar care. I would not recommend to anyone.

I would have gave a 10 but you can not be reached by phone when you call. I left a message three time because no one answer the phone when you call.
