Efficient and friendly doctors and staff.
Dr. Thrush was great! Only mediocre part of the experience was that I waited about 15 minutes to get taken back to the room (after my appointment time).
First time patient and really liked Dr. Shiva Sedghi -- highly recommend her. There were 2 occasions I had to call and both times was on hold for at least 50 minutes -- which seems like a long time. When it came time to check-in online, I couldn't because apparently a staffer had entered my birthdate incorrectly. Mistakes happen -- so I was told to print out and fill out new patient forms to bring with me, which I did. Always have great care, sometimes the waiting time can be a little long in the exam rooms, but they have many patients so it's understandable.
