I was not able to have this visit due to technology issues. I never received the link nor could get a response all week through the portal or get through on phone lines. This is not the typical quality I experience from Reiter Hill and hope it is just a temporary disruption as you work to address patient needs during COVID. Please consider ways to reduce unnecessary volume/appointments or prioritize callers.
Dr. Muongman’s bedside manners and how she makes me feel
Service and responsiveness is unparalleled. They were able to squeeze me in for a same-day sono and exam when I was most nervous and everyone was so understanding and kind.
NP was wonderful, but wait time on telephone to make appt was 58 mins!!!!!!
