Dr. Heather Johnson and your friendly staff
Everything, including person at front desk and Dr. Johnson.
Dr. Johnson was patient and thoughtful— I had my babies with the practice and feel supported as I enter Middle Age!
I am a new patient. I felt welcomed and well cared for during my first visit.
Dr Johnson and the staff are great. I do want to note that I do not think that the office is as safe as it could be as there was no temperature check or plexi-glass in the reception area and there were about 6 people in the waiting room. Just think that now is the time to be especially careful. But again, the staff is great as is Dr. Johnson.
I would give Reiter Hill a 10, but the wait time on the phone to get appointments lately has been very long - sometimes over an hour. Other than that the patient care is exemplary.
I have confidence in Dr. Muangman. Her staff members, and those of the practice, are professional and caring. The covid-19 measures in place were excellent.
