Great store personnel. Purchased chair on 2-12-20 and as of this date 3-6-20 have not received the chair which was to be shipped to me. Was informed by freight company the chair would be delivered on 3-12-20. Seems like Relax The Back should find a better freight delivery service as a month to deliver is unacceptable.

Customer service great. But pillow I went home with was way different than the model I tried in the store. Way bigger and causing me more neck pain. I would take it back if I could. Regret purchase.

The store experience was great. The Delivery not so much. Able and Jason (as I recall), rather than working together tried to manhandle the removal of the old bed pieces individually and dragged a foundation box across some painted white woodwork, scratching it. They both had a big keychain hanging from their belts and scratched the headboard of the bed. I was not offered the extended warranty, which I just thought of. Ron Lenz
