The staff is courteous. The company does NOT stand behind its products. You can over $2000 on a chair for a bad back, but if it doesn't work for you, they will not allow it to be returned. So, you are stuck with it. They are purely into the money.

I was displeased with the lack of organization. I waited a very long time to check out because he didn't have the pillow he sold me. I did also purchase 2 other items for my bed that totaled close to $400. The salesperson made me sign an agreement stating that I'm not allowed to return the items! These items are still in the original packaging. I even had to go back a 2nd time to get the pillow that I originally went in to look at. Very nice people. . . Overpriced products. Beware floor models sold as "brand new". They have total control

Unfortunately, we do not have total control over the prices that our products sell for. Our products are priced locked from the Vendors. The only time we are allowed to discount products is if the Vendors are having a promotion. If a customer must have a product immediately we can offer our floor model but it would be clearly marked as a floor model with full warranty. If you believe that you ordered a new product and received a floor model please contact us asap so we may look into this. Thank you.

watch out for repairs. Had our chair for the exact period of warranty and when the neck cushion discolored they sent us to a subcontractor. When the mechanism that raised and lowered failed the chair, we had to buy thru a subcontractor again and pay for installation by another outsider.

The remote control loses its settings and has to be reset. There is no pattern as to why. I have reported the problem but so far no answer has been forthcoming. There was some talk about replacing the remote control but I have heard nothing further and no action has been taken to solve the problem.

We sent a technician to your home the same day you reported the problem to us and was unable to find any malfunction. At last we spoke you were going to let us know if you were still having the random issue with the remote control and we would replace it for you at that time.
