Other than the owner who has a vast knowledge of his/her business, the other sales associates really don't engage with clients. The store is laid out nicely. I had purchased a couple of chairs and found that I didn't like the comfort. On the second chair they charged me over $800 re-stock fee, for one was never provided to me on the receipt and the sales associate didn't disclose this news to me. I find that a bit on concerning, especially when you are spending north of $3K per chair. Anyway lesson learned.
