Jeff was very helpful. He listened to the problems we had with the old chair and recommended a more durable replacement that met our needs exactly. The process went very smoothly. Special thanks to Jason for facilitating a fast delivery. Arthur really has been in a lot of pain and the chair helps him relax!

The Chair needs an "Upright" position, this might have been explained, YET, it would cost you sales if you pointed that out. I have to put a pillow in the chair to sit and watch TV. The arm rests are too low OR needs more support. I purchased the "Hale" chair, however these two drawbacks are significant.

Hi David. We appreciate the review. So the chair you purchased is more modern than traditional in build, so the back is about 10 deg further back at it's most upfront point. This is just a style of chair that is effective when reclined (because that is the whole essence of the chair), but sitting in it fully in restore mode isn't the most comfortable position.
