So far I'm loving my recent purchase (Leavo ZG Chair with Lift Assist by Human Touch). I'm hesitant to write reviews early on until I know how something is going to last. But, I've had good luck with the Luma Lift I bought from you 5 years ago, so I feel pretty confident about this one even if it's a different brand. Brian McMillin provided cradle to grave customer service! He answered all questions and delivery was above expectations. My office was very happy with the service that served 2 veterans with their disabled needs. I will definitely be using Brian's service again.

Jeff and Brian are both greatly appreciated for their sincere and most extensive help! The motor finally quit working on my 20+ year old zero gravity chair, on which I depend 24/7. I immediately went to this store, was greeted by Jeff, and he and Brian worked to help me find a new chair, which I could access imediately. Jeff and Brian were great. Thye let the chair the talking and just filled in the blanks. They were both very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The chair is awesome.
