Came in to purchase a Hale massage / recliner. Brian was friendly and very informative on the chair and it was able to be delivered the next day which was great! It was purchased for my husband who has back and leg issues so this is really comfortable for him, I also love it . Wish I knew about these a lot sooner! The is the best chair to relax in as far as I’m concerned!

Jeff assisted me and showed me how much zero-gravity chairs have both changed, and not changed since I bought my first one from the Relax The Back store in Beaverton, Oregon about 25 years ago. I had to give up that chair for a move 10 year ago, and I have greatly missed it. I arrived at the store late in the day, but Jeff told me not to worry about the time, and that he would be happy to stay for as long as I needed.
