I purchased a human touch zero gravity recliner in March 2015. A few months ago I noticed that the leather was peeling at the seams. I called Relax the Back in Green Hills. After following their directives and speaking with the company, I was told by the manufacturer that they wouldn’t do anything abou it. Well, the only thing I can say about the cost of the chairs is that they are well made and last a Loooong time. Some are hand made and custom. As you know, with furniture and equipment, you get what you pay for. That being said, we have about 12 cushions that can improve what you are sitting on now.
