Sales staff was great and very helpful. White glove installation was a bit iffy on the adjustable bed base. Legs were not installed properly and some left off. Had to remove that mattress, flip it over, and install the legs properly. Not the best thing for a bad back.

With no charge to you. You called with concerns a few weeks ago and I personally came to your home and determined that at the time there was no malfunction. Unbelievable....we drove almost 40 miles to get to the store for a pillow. We called ahead to make sure they would be open until 600pm Got there and it was CLOSED. No wonder the other store went out of business.

Very poor customer communication. After ordering my bed and my chair 3weeks later, I did not get a follow up call when my delivery date was changed to later. I had to call to find out and that was after the delivery should have happened. This happened with both my bed and chair. Very annoying.
