Excellent customer service! Was on a tight timeline to get a chair delivered in time to use post- shoulder surgery. They relieved our mind by offering to let us use their floor model if our newly-purchased one did not arrive in time. It did arrive in time and has been a life-saver for sleeping post-surgery.
