I stopped in to replace a lumbar support pillow I purchased a few years ago. They no longer carried it. I purchased their new version. First, it doesn’t have the straps on the back that the other pillow had. I take it in to restaurants with me and hook the strap over a chair. Second, it does not hug my sides like the discontinued pillow did. My back really liked that hug. Finally, it cost significantly more than my former pillow. Two thumbs down on this $89 memory foam pillow.

Great service when buying. My problem is with the company. When the recliner was ordered, we were told it would be 4 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called to see if I could get a firm date. Was told that the company was out 6 weeks, and it would be another 3 weeks at least.

It was OK. No follow up call and I think I paid too much for the chair.

and I spent $18,000 ordered the wrong product and Tempur Pedic can't make sheets, I just purchased 3 sets for 1/6th cost. don't waste your time or money with this company.

Went to get a back brace and choice is slim to hardly none they sold my wife one that was a discontinued one with only one size which they did not say a thing about being an item that is no loner carried we called back because my wife felt that the size was a bit smaller then which she is used to and the lady said that it is the right size and besides they do not have any other size in that style of one and that we could take it to some other store with an entirely different name and exchange it Relax the Back has no conc... read more
