I was told by Ken they would send somebody out to repair a chair from relax the back, I think when he found out I didn’t buy new from there he changed his mind he had me send information to him twice haven’t heard back since. I am thinking about getting a new one because it helped my back out before the chair broke, but I will probably drive to Oklahoma City to purchase it This probably won’t get posted

Be careful!! We bought two “leather” chairs for $2,000 each and shortly after a short 1 1/2 years the “leather” started peeling on the arms and headrest. Relax the Back did nothing to help us. It turns out they are (bonded leather) which is an almost a paper thin covering. Make sure you buy at least top grain leather. Relax the Back does not honor their products.
