We are long-standing customers of Relax The Back. I bought an office chair 7 years ago and I thought I had worn it out. The arm rests were cracking and peeling so we believed we needed to replace the chair. Thomas Brisco who has helped us in the past at RTB believed the chair was under warranty to replace the arms rests. He checked and he was right. A couple years ago I bought a used relax the back chair that was made back in 2008 I believe, and that zero gravity position on the recliner feels great compared to a regular recliner after having two back surgeries I really enjoy the recliner.
