This is a great store with excellent products and staff who really know their products and the best thing to help back and neck pain. I'm thrilled with my purchase of the perfect chair. If they had not use XPO Logistics who offered a terrible delivery service, they would have five stars. All credit to the staff at the store, they worked with XPO Logistics to get the product to me and are coming out to make sure that it has been setup properly.
