My Perfect Chair is very nice. It fits my back perfectly providing me a lot of support and pain relief. The power movements are smooth and quiet, and move effortlessly under load. The headrest is filled with cheap fiber fill, which is disappointing. Oddly, it is not ergonomic at all, which is a huge disappointment. To date I have not yet found a perfect solution, nor replacement for the headrest. My Technogel pillow ($200) is useless. Nancy, and every member of the staff we dealt with, was very patient and professional and accommodating in every way. Unfortunately the design of the chair leaves a lot to be desired. It is extremely hard to get comfortable in. But this is something I needed to act on before the 30 days was up and I didn't. Nancy, and the other members of the staff were wonderful. Kathy C.
